We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards for International Transactions) and Cashfree/UPI (for Indian customers). All transactions are processed securely.
We are not selling any physical product. If the file is downloaded and our license key is used, in that case we are not offering any refund.
In case of using any services and an advance amount deposited, we can start working once the advance payment is made, and the payment is non-refundable.
In case, or by mistake, any order placed needs to be informed to us within 30 minutes, then we can initiate the refund. If a processing charge was paid, then that amount is non-refundable.
We provide basic installation support for our products. However, extensive customization or modification of the code is not covered under free support and may be charged separately.
